Decent food, but Sunday's food doesn't even seem to be on any menu

The chicken was decent but the way the manager was talking to the elderly lady that works there was just disrespectful. I will never spend another dollar there when passing through.
I have had fried chicken before many times, but this is hands down the best darn fried chicken I've had. Came from Atlanta to drop off my young adult at GSW and stumbled across Carters cuz I was hungry. Glad I did. The guy who served us was super nice. Had fries and Mac n cheese. Can't wait to swing by again!

While there is usually a wait to get your meal, it is always worth it. Food is cooked to order which ensures that you get the best quality each time, not something reheated that may have been left over from the day before.You can't go wrong with the fried chicken, but their fish fillet sandwiches and meals are awesome as well. If you've not tried them, you are missing out.

Cooking food shaking hands with customers and not washing their hands. Management asked me to take it up with the employee. I would not recommend
