Not the level of service I’ve grown accustomed to at chick fil a.
I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting to have my order taken. Apparently they don’t take drive up orders in the right lane, only mobile orders. There was a representative out there and she never bothered to ask me if I needed help or to tell me I was in the wrong lane. I only found out after a customer walked up to tell me.
There may have been signs saying mobile orders only, but I sure didn’t notice them. I’ve been in a dozen chick fil a restaurants and I’ve never been disappointed until today. My mistake for pulling in the wrong lane, but a simple interaction from the representative standing right across from me would’ve gone a long way.

Great service and super friendly. Even offered suggestions on where to get donuts. Got a large tray of minnies in less than 5 minutes. Offered a free cup of coffee for the wait!!

Stopped by after getting my camper set up and didn’t feel Like making dinner after driving all day. I’m use to overpopulated South Florida I guess because I was very surprised I was able to pull right up and order. Friendly young lady took my order and received it at the window from an equally cheerful and friendly young man. Refreshing. The meal was as I ordered it and hot. Perfect end to a long day.

A good place to stop in Americus for comfort food and a pleasant atmosphere Currently there are over 3300 Chick FIl A stores in the United States and 273 in Georgia. This is a chain restaurant that is known for its widespread popularity, good food, and pleasant/clean atmosphere. It is a fast-food restaurant chain that specializes in chicken-based menu items. Their menu includes classic chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, and various side dishes such as mac and cheese and coleslaw. They offer breakfast options like chicken biscuits and chicken minis, as well as a variety of salads and wraps. Most locations have a drive-thru for convenient ordering and pickup with staff often outside taking orders. This place was typical for all of the above. This restaurant is located on the northwest corner of SR 580 and May St. We did the dine-in option and did not try the drive through portion on this visit. It is easy to navigate to and has plenty of parking and the traditional covered drive through lanes. The store was very clean. The staff was friendly. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Overall, it is a good place to eat a great meal in the area.
I ordered 2 deluxe chicken meal one with Mac and cheese. Neither one of my meals had none of the ingredients but a pickle on it. No lettuce, bacon nor cheese. I'd understand if this was a busy night. I was the only vehicle at the drive thru at the time. I hope this restaurant don't become like so many others.

I don’t understand the point of Mobile drive-thru. if when I use it, I am told that I still have to wait all the way at the back of the line. In that case, I’ll just get up behind the last person and placed my order like every one else with the employee. Also defeats the purpose of having it in a separate lane.

The service is good but the food wasn't as the Chick-fil-A in Leesburg, Ga!!! The sandwich was much smaller & the fries seem to have some string fries in the package!!!
