I would not recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone. We went through the drive-through with a coupon for buy one blizzard at regular price and get a second blizzard of equal size for $1.99. When we ordered at the drive-through, we stated we had a coupon we wanted to use. The DQ worker told us the order would be $10.35. When we approach the window and was greeted by the worker, she took the coupon and told us the order was $10.35. We questioned whether or not the coupon had been applied. She stated that yes the coupon had been applied. we asked twice had it been applied because we did not believe that price was correct when one blizzard should’ve been $1.99. She again stated that the coupon had been applied.We received the blizzards, but no receipt. Upon reviewing the price online, we were charged full price for both blizzards. Further, the blizzards ordered were pecan turtle cluster blizzards. The turtle cluster was mixed only on the top layer of the blizzard. When we got halfway down through the medium size cup, it was straight vanilla soft serve ice cream. There were no toppings on down in the blizzard. As a customer, I do not appreciate being lied to. Not only once but twice. They did not apply the coupon.

The cashier is always smiling and very friendly as well as helpful. She makes you want to come back every time you come to Americus. My father-in-law loves ice cream, so what better place to bring him than to see her. Plus, I can get him to eat food, too. Even if it is a kids' meal chicken strip with ice cream.

Ate inside in June. Dining room was dirty- trash on floor and tables not clean. A Saturday evening and only one other couple came inside to order while we were there. Placed an online order today. Got home onion rings were over cooked and got a smaller burger than ordered. The worst part- when I called to let them know,I was told there was a new cook- can the cook not count the number of patties needed on a bun? Won’t go back Not because a mistake was made but because of attitude. This place needs to take notes from Chick fil a’s customer service.
Service was okay, they had my food at the window for a few minutes because she was outside on her phone but not that big of a deal. The food.. oh let me tell ya.. the sundae was 10/10, everything else was garbage. My bread was basically a crouton, the onion rings.. where’s the onion at, it’s just breading. Now, the garlic parm chicken strips.. would rather have dumpster juice or anything out of a dumpster for that matter. Don’t recommend.

I'm on the fence about this location this is the 1st time I've gone to a Dairy Queen in years , I wanted a blizzard and since it was around lunch time thought cool grab lunch as well, upon walking in the cashier was sitting in a booth on his phone. Ordered my food was handed my blizzard with out them flipping it upside down. I got tossed tenders and they were in a sea of sauce.... All I could taste was the sauce. Witnessed another crew member sit down on the clock making a statement to there co worker there no camera over here. Weird statement to me. All in all just weird atmosphere but the food was okay. Just comes off a bit unprofessional

I'm a hot natured person. Always hot. This place was not cool, it was cold. We ate on the outdoor covered patio as the rain came down. Very pleasant actually. Had a slight issue when ordering, so the food actually beat me to the table. That was Fast!
