The cashier is always smiling and very friendly as well as helpful. She makes you want to come back every time you come to Americus. My father-in-law loves ice cream, so what better place to bring him than to see her. Plus, I can get him to eat food, too. Even if it is a kids' meal chicken strip with ice cream.

I'm on the fence about this location this is the 1st time I've gone to a Dairy Queen in years , I wanted a blizzard and since it was around lunch time thought cool grab lunch as well, upon walking in the cashier was sitting in a booth on his phone. Ordered my food was handed my blizzard with out them flipping it upside down. I got tossed tenders and they were in a sea of sauce.... All I could taste was the sauce. Witnessed another crew member sit down on the clock making...

I'm a hot natured person. Always hot. This place was not cool, it was cold. We ate on the outdoor covered patio as the rain came down. Very pleasant actually. Had a slight issue when ordering, so the food actually beat me to the table. That was Fast!
