Lazy and rude workers. Once I arrived and sat in the pick up window for 15 mins, I pulled to the side to go into lobby as others had already. Upon entering I was forced out and the door locked. The rude delivery driver then tells me I cant get my order, which is ready by the way, and the lobby is closed. Get back in line or no pizza. Mind you the pickup window still hadnt moved yet. Also didn't make the pizza correctly with toppings split between 2 sides. A new crew is needed or just close the doors with that kind of service.

Ordered pizza on July 4. Lobby was locked when I arrived and employee was pointing to the side with the drive through. Pulled up to the drive through and without the window open I could hear the music blaring from inside. I had to shout 3 times my name as the employee leaned out the window to hear me over the music. Second employee told me to pull around front (shouting over the music). This location really needs management or a closed sign.

The pizza was amazing but the mac and cheese was nothing like the commercial very dry and did look like it had more then 1 cheese on it!

Canceled first order because no Philly steak, ordered the spinach cheese bread with ranch but no ranch.
After placing a big order online, and tried to call several times to pay for it, it was very frustrating to complete the ordering process. There's a three-call process:(1) speaking to a robot about what the call is about, (2) being transferred to a intermediate person to take the order, and (3) trying to confirm and pay for the order. The problem is, it takes over 30-minutes to even get to step three: the call is either disconnected or the 2nd-step person is dumbfounded.
