The Drive-Thru line is long, but these ladies are hustling inside. It is greatly appreciated when you see that they are smiling and working to get the orders out. Keep it up Hardee's. They're doing a great job with the small staff they have. Please be patient with them.
This was one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. Went through the drive-through. We were the only car in it. Added a onion ring, at the window, to our single ham n cheese plus three piece chicken strips. Asked to pull forward. They shorted the onion rings. Went in, was told we were not charged for them. We were. After much arguing with 3-4 employees, the mgr grudgingly agreed to give us the rings, which we had to wait for, what seemed like forever. When we opened...read full review
