If you love soul food and you are in Americus, GA. Go eat at Madea's Diner and Bakery. The food is delicious and babe, the fired chicken taste like grandma cooked it. I'm talking that good crispy crunch chicken. Potato salad taste like it's homemade. Also the deserts are good. Best soul food in town!!
We had breakfast and it was SO GOOD. Among us we had bacon biscuits, an omelette, fried eggs, and pancakes. Everything was amazing. The owner served us and chatted a lot and was so friendly and nice to talk to. Oh and prices are fantastic, especially for the quality of what we got. Go here, you will be glad you did.
The food was delicious and we got there about 10 minutes before closing time but they didn't mind at all. It was like a homie place. The conversation was with strangers that seemed like friends; we never saw each other before in our lives and yet it felt like we had known each other for years. It was a really good place to eat at.
