Feb. 23. I purchased a stuffed crust chicken sausage pizza with mushrooms and tomatoes and extra cheese. My friend picked it up in store and brought it to me, by this time he had ate a slice. When I received the pizza and I tipped. It wasn't right. There were no tomatoes, mushrooms or extra cheese. I took it back to the store and Myeosha said she couldn't refund my order or remake it bc a slice of pizza was gone. She said she would put a credit on my account of $7 which I felt was low but I realized that was my last pizza anyway so it didn't even matter. I called on today and tried to redeem the $7 credit only to be told they don't offer credit and Myeosha doesn't work there anymore but Melissa English still works there and she was there on the day Myeosha lied. But ppl don't order from pizza Hut, if an item on your pizza is out of stock Pizza will not prorate the pizza, they will charge you as if that item is in stock and you will loose out.

Chocolate cookie was hard as a brick! Even after warming it up, to try & bring life back to it, it was still hard!! Disgusting & a waste of my money!! In the garbage it went! Pizza wasn’t hitting on much either! Horrible!
Asked for extra seasoning for cheese sticks and she said that they put all that is allowed and I know that is not true cause they have put more on them for me in the past. Also asked if I could buy some and she said no. As you can see not much seasoning on them

I never had pizza hut in a long time I made them customize my pizza with the chicken bacon ranch pizza ? and some wings ?
Waited over an hour and a half over the time my food was told would be ready , because I ordered 3 pizzas and they only cooked one , after I got my other two pizzas cooked had to wait longer because they forgot to cook my bread sticks . After I thought about it I checked my pizzas to find they were already cool and they did not sprinkle seasoning on top of my new York pizzas so they just sprinkled it on top of cold pizzas and when my bread sticks were finally done I got home with completely cold pizzas to find my bread sticks were nothing but dry bread took out the oven and put in a bag they did not butter or season them .. paid 50 dollars for nasty cold food will not buy pizza from americus ga pizza hut any time soon guess I will have to wait for the papa johns pizza to open to get good pizza.
