I went around lunch and the chicken was fried too hard. I asked for a 2 piece white and received dark meat. The only good thing about the visit is the food was hot.

I was told my order would be ready in 7 minutes. It's been 45 and I'm still waiting. Don't waste your time coming here. Edit...Finally got the food that was supposedly waiting to finish cooking....and it's cold. It's clearly been sitting there for 20 minutes, even though I asked about it twice.

Ordered a flounder fish sandwich. Had a 20 minute wait. Got home and sandwich only had a very small smear of tartar sauce.....no pickles or other toppings. Fish was good, but the sandwich overall was not. Will not be back.

I like to write reviews that are postive and upbeat; nevertheless, I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS POPEYES!! How can my food be hard and cold at 11:14 a.m.? You don't open until 10 a.m.... my chicken and biscuits were so hard it is beyond my comprehension!! Please Popeyes!! I am not sure who is franchising this particular one, but you need to get it together or leave it alone!! I keep trying to give this one a chance, but after this morning, I am DONE WASTING MY MONEY!

New establishment in Americus,GA. This is my 3rd visit. When I pulled in only 2 cars in the drive thru 1 waiting for their order and the other ordering. Apparently there is a wait for certain parts of the chicken since they're directing customers to pull over. My issue is why wasn't I told there is a wait??!!. The cashier took the card but did not say there is a wait. I ordered 12 piece w/2 sides and 3 apple pies. I've been sitting in the drive thru 20 min no follow up on status. I heard someone say there is a delay on spicy. Cashier then asks that I pull up and they will bring the order to the car. As far as the quality and taste I believe everyone knows they have some of the best chicken in the area, however, it does not excuse the lack of communication with customers regarding the availability of chicken - spicy or mild. They should keep the customers informed up front if there is a delay and if they're out of certain sides. Today they're out of Mac & Cheese. Not that I ordered it but she did say it's not available. As far as the ambiance, it's casual. I did not go inside so I don't know if it's clean . Parking lot is clean no trash thrown around. I'm here today visiting family thought maybe we could order quickly since it was only 2 cars ahead of us but boy was I wrong! It will be awhile before I visit again and just maybe they will have it together the next time.We waited 45 min before the order was ready. If I had not paid, I would have drove off

Utter trash from the under cooked ghost pepper/spicy wings to the can't get your order correct. I've tried to patronize the Americus Popeyes knowing it is a hit or miss on service but this location is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

If you want mediocre food, horrible service, and to receive not what you thought you paid for AND to be offered two sides when a meal only comes with one only to find out at the window that your meal only came with one side. This is the place for you. The cashier's will sit there and argue with you trying to tell you different than what you were told at the intercom. The food is presented like it came from the trash and that exactly where this place is going. I will never waste my time or my money at this location ever again and none of you should either.

Brand new place just opened, and we walked in waited at least 5 min...we watched the manager arguing with the staff because no food wS cooked and nobody wanted to wait on us...another customer came in from the drive through and wad complaining about his service as well. We immediately left. This was at 1130

Drive thru communication is terrible to non existent. Ordered a 3 piece white meat combo with Cole slaw and a sprite. Opened the bag back at work, got a 3 piece chicken tender with fries and a sprite. Chicken tenders were like rubber, fries were just dead. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE. Keep your validation code.
