It is Valentine. Sadly, it was not a good start. First, they had the least experienced waiter to great guests when the door was finally open after 5pm. There was no Valentine menu on the table. It seemed to me that everyone had to ask for it. We were told there was no piano for tonight when we sat down. By the time we were about to finish our meal, the pianolist showed up at 6:30. It appeared to me there was no oganization. The pecan fish was a disappointment. The glaze was too sweet. Thankfully, we got to enjoy the piano for a little while. The service was very limited. We love this historical beautiful restaurant. That is the only thing that has remained after all these years.

We recently held a celebration of life event in the Lindberg Room. Our server, Wes, was very attentive without being obtrusive. He was very kind and answered all our questions. The room was beautifully set up and accommodated the 12 of us comfortably.

My husband and I enjoyed a spectacular birthday dinner last night at Rosemary and Thyme! The room is lovely, the music calm and understated. Every facet of the service was gracious; Wesley is particularly to be commended. My husband is a baker and he was delighted by the rolls; this is no mean feat. Our crab stuffed mushrooms were delectable. The Birthday Boy’s filet mignon was cooked to perfection. My salmon was similarly magnifique! We completed the evening with crème brûlée, a fitting end to a gourmet’s delight. We will happily return to this remarkable restaurant.

Wonderful! The pimento cheese appetizer
is to die for ! We had Cajun shrimp pasta and isn’t was the perfect amount of spice and heat. We also had bourbon glazed pork chops. The pork chop was very thick and perfectly cooked. Great meal !! Bailee was the BEST waitress, too !!

We had the pimento cheese bites for an appetizer. They were delicious. One of us ordered the bourbon glaze pork chop. The pork chop was very thick and cooked perfection. We also had the Cajun shrimp pasta. It was the perfect amount of bite and heat without being overpowering. Absolutely a wonderful meal and atmosphere.!!

Located in the upstairs of a very old hotel. It's fancy. Steak was delicious. Fried pimento cheese balls are equally good.

It may have been an off night. My son and I were excited to try it, but we were quickly disappointed. The service was very friendly, but it took 30 minutes to get our appetizers. The appetizer sampler was good, but they could've added one more fritter and five more shrimp for the price. The shrimp was average; crab cakes were moist and had good taste, but a little thin. The pimento cheese fritters were very good. The crusted grouper was cooked perfectly, but the sauce was very strong and was not good at all. The crab ravioli was ok - it was a little more al dente than I would've liked, and the sauce was lacking. The cheese cake and chocolate cake were very good.

We ate the Mother's Day Brunch at the Windsor last week with friends of ours. To say it needed improvement would be an understatement. The food was buffet on tables and self serve. Ham was very salty, the beans rather tough, the breakfast cassarole had a heat can underneath, but was cold and hard. The hashbrown potatoes were cubes chopped up and blacked by overcooking. The next dish was chicken,in some kind of gravy... I think. The biscuits could very well been used as hockey pucks since they were hard enough. The shrimp was good as well as the grits. The fruit wedges (watermellon, cantalope,)were warm , and sorta bland, and then no dessert. . All in all, it could have been so much better. I know because we've been there when it was! The staff was friendly, the total for two was $74 and they automatically add 20% tip on the bill slip. ( Not fond of this as I can figure myself,) This assures the staff , that they will be rewarded if they give good service or not & just ignore you. It's been this way for past two times we've been, so the four of us will NOT be back for a while. Hopefully, they will work out the kinks. :)
