My wife were there Saturday after noon . The server was waiting on 17 adults , he was struggling with them because of their arrogance. They ran him for nothing. Stayed there over3 hours . And only gave a 17 dollar tip . I questioned management. I was told a required percentage tip is not allowed by Ruby Tuesday. . So my point is Ruby tuesday made several dollars and the server made less than $5.00 . He waited on us he was awsome and got $10 . So if you can’t tip eat at home.

The bartender Tess always tend to have the worst attitude whenever she’s working the bar and servicing others. She talks trash about the customers to other customers and will say she doesn’t want to be here. She will not acknowledge those who are sitting at the bar until she feels like it. Then when she comes over, has a horrible customer service attitude. I will no longer continue supporting a restaurant who doesn’t properly train employees on how to treat people.

February 18th, 2024, my husband and brother n law went to Ruby Tuesday in Americus GA. Thinking all is fine, we placed our orders. My original order was the steak and ribs combo. It didn't look that appetizing. Everything was overcooked, but I thought just make the best of it. Until I saw a curly black hair on my plate (no, it wasn't mine). Made my server aware, she was very apologetic and offered another meal. I asked if I could have the deconstructed steak skewers. My meal came, and I was excited it looked good. Until I move some steak around and look at this, there is a screw/bolt on my plate (no, I didn't put it there). WTH!!! Photos don't lie.

Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. We’ve been sitting here an hour and a half and have yet to receive our food.
We come here often and always have a wonderful experience.We decided to bring my daughter for her 15th birthday dinner, we almost wished he had chosen a different restaurant.Tonight it took a little over an hour for our food to get to us.The food was not prepared as asked.The waitress was very sweet but seemed overwhelmed and unable to fully perform her job duties.The food was delicious as usual, but something was definitely off this evening.Hopefully next time is better and I'll be able to rate it better.

I had the new 6oz ribeye and grilled scallop combo with a Tito's strawberry lemonade. The drink was fantastic, the scallops were flavorful but the ribeye was so thin that it couldn't be medium. I think the only options were raw and "Omg, it's already done and overcooked". Our server was attentive and very nice. If you have am option...go with tge thicker ribeye.

Basic family restaurant, excellent service. However, the food was only ok with the exception of the salad bar and the Bailey's Irish cream hot chocolate; I'm definitely going back for those!
