Used to be my favorite Subway, until today. Ordered online and went in to pick up food. Customer service was horrible. Cashier/ person putting on topping got confused, then got an attitude when I went to help. Tried to make sure she didn't get orders confused. Then she turned around and went crazy on a sandwich she was finishing. Long story short, worst experience ever!!

I haven't had any issues with this subway location till today, I had ordered a foot long with spinach on it and took it home. I had ate the first half and it was fine till the next day I had took it with me to eat for lunch and had found a chunk of mud inside of it. It was only in a small part of the sandwich but still caught me off guard because I don't remember asking for a side of mud, but overall everything else was amazing! I would definitely go back but hold the mud 😅

I ordered mobile app. when I went to get my order I was told the only have sweet and unsweet tea that if I wanted soda It would be an additional charge. When I got to work and opened my sandwhich I had no chips, mayo was coming out all over the sandwhich. It was a real mess to eat at work.

I went to Subway at 110 US Hwy 280 West and US 19 and ordered 2 Footlong Flatbread Subs Chicken Bacon Ranch and Steak and Cheese and I had some Subway Coupons to Buy 1 Footlong Get 1 Footlong Free, Get Free Bag of Chips With Any Purchase, and Get Free Cookie With Any Purchase and I get told by 2 female employees that I could not get my Free Cookie with my Subway Corporate Coupons and the Manager named Carrie said I had to purchase another item to get my Free Cookie I was told by the 2 female employees. Perry Bros. Oil and Tires own this restaurant. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I have gotten a sandwich here many times over the years with no issue. I went there today (Sunday, 10/2/22) at 10:45 and was told "We're not taking walk-in customers now - we are working on a catering order". Then the person walked back into the back - no apology, just nothing. I asked "Do you know how soon you will be taking orders?", and there was no answer that I could hear. I drove five miles to get there, and I was the only one there. My thought was "So you can't take three minutes to make a sandwich?". I left rather astonished, and unlikely to return.

It's ok just a sandwich get it and go.
They are pretty quick getting a sandwich prepared (have patience if ordering multiple sandwiches, be ready to order).
I always be satisfied when i come to this store. Ms. Griffin always make me feel welcome . She gets my order correct every time and very courteous
