At 5:55 P.M. I pulled up to the drive thru line only to find that they were taking orders where only one car would pull up to the window so they didn’t have to hear the timer go off. The excuse they gave me when I got to the speaker was that there was a large order ahead of me. This was a lie because the order ahead of me was for 2 #8’s which is a total of 6 tacos. This location is just unorganized and slightly lazy in my opinion.

They are not professional at all!! They are rude and take their sweet time. It’s supposed to be fast food but they move like snails. Theworkers are lazy and don’t want to work and they don’t open when they are supposed to like the sign saids 9am but didn’t take my order until like 9:45! Store needs a whole new worker makeover with people that actually want to work and not these that are there just for a paycheck!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you’re Africa American, go for it. If you’re white, be prepared to have people of other ethnicities called in front of you while you wait. Look, I know racism is real. But I had nothing to do with slavery. Can we just serve the next person in line without racism? That would be cool. Happened more than twice before I posted this btw ……
Politeness goes a long way. Also as a service industry person, you should let people know what you are out of before you ask them to order on the kiosk. I was allowed to order things they didnt have and when i asked. Attitude. Lots of Attitude. This is like multiple bad experiences where I guess I wont visit this particular location anymore.
