Manager does not check timers for the food. She gave me cold fries every time I come here. As if it's not a timer to tell them to dis-guard the old food. Drive thru only takes one order then serve them , then take another order, just to get old chips and fries. But đź are good. Now this lady mad because I want a hot meal.

4/5/25 . Horrible service. Sat in line 15 minutes, still had to pull around to front. When we got home our order was wrong again! This happens so often.

Slow drive through line. One car sat at the order thing outside for a good 20 minutes and order still hadn't been taken. Multiple cars drove off due to slow line. Not enough staff working for dinner hours. Ridiculous!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! We ordered 2 street chalupas (STEAK) and the New discovery box that consists of 2 street chalupas, 2 tacos and cinnamon twists. When we received our food, there was 2 tacos and some random unknown things wrapped in burrito wrappers and thought we were given someone elseâs food or didnât get everything we ordered. As we were checking the bag, a man came to the window so my husband rolled ours back down and the man at the window says âyou got all your food?â My husbandâs reply was âweâre really not sureâ and the man at the window then says âwell you need to move up and check so I can get the person behind youâ which they literally just pulled up, but itâs whatever. Then before he walked off my husband was trying to figure out what the random stuff was that was wrapped in the burrito wrapper & the man said it was a â2 packâ. Well nothing we ordered was a â2 packâ so I said âa 2 pack of what?â The man said â a 2 pack of what you orderedâ. I told him we didnât order a 2 pack, we ordered a âdiscovery boxâ he said âthat is a discovery boxâ, I said it doesnât look like a discovery box so he then proceeded to ask what we ordered and I took everything out and he said, ânah thatâs everything you ordered, itâs all right there. See you got the 2 pack with the cinnamon twists and the tacos, we just donât have the box.â Which I couldnât care less about a dang âboxâ. How about just say â maâam we had to wrap the chalupas in a burrito wrapper and thereâs 2 in each foil wrapper. No, that would be too easy because youâre rude and youâd rather sit there and argue with your customers instead of plainly explaining something politely. To top it all off after all the rudeness and arguing, we get down the road only to find out MY CHALUPAS WERE NOT STEAK, IT WAS CHICKEN!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

This particular Taco Bell is absolutely horrible at dinner time. We placed an online order today (02 March 2025) at 615pm, arrived for our pickup ten minutes later, and then waited 30 minutes for the staff to make the food; during which, over 20 drive through orders were filled and sent on their way. It was easy to keep count, as we were the only order waiting inside. On top of which, the staff acted like we were inconveniencing them by being inside.
All all, this location has terrible service in the evening, and I highly recommend avoiding.

This store only runs one makeline after 9pm on a Saturday . Iâve at in line for over an hour . I donât know what they have to do but you canât run successful business and have good maketimes with one line open and 3 ppl working this is ever Friday and Saturday night
