Worst customer service in town! Also, the food was terrible! I got a flat coke, and when I asked for something else, I was offered another flat coke and the person told me I was holding up the line and their drive thru timing. They need new employees, especially a new manager. This wasn’t the first time they have been rude and served cold, extremely greasy food, and the order was wrong. Two thumbs down for my rating of the Americus, Georgia Wendy’s.

The manager, especially one in particular is absolutely horrible to deal with. Rude is beyond an understatement. This place is absolutely terrible. I will never be back and the thing is, she don’t care.

The only reason I'm giving two stars is only because I've loved Wendy's food since I was a small child. However, the attitudes of the workers and the lack of attention towards customers orders is inexcusable. Dave Thomas would be so very disappointed in this location, they need to fire and rehire EVERYONE!
