I had a great experience at Zaxbys. We were traveling through Americus and stayed a couple of days. We went to Zaxbys because we don’t have one where I live. The customer service was superb, outstanding. I had a young lady helping me , her name was Loshandra. Please forgive me if I didn’t spell your name correct . The food was fresh and tasted great.
My experience was so pleasant that we went back the next day. Thank you Loshandra for being so kind and forthcoming.
And by the way the place was super clean and it was busy!!!

The lady's in the drive through are spiteful and petty. They can't take an order to save their lives and when asked to make sure the drink is right and food they will give you the wrong stuff becuase how dare you not want every singe pice of ice in your cup.
If you go here just go inside becuase obviously these women hate themselves and their job.
