Was in Athens for the evening and decided to order some Mexican food to the hotel for dinner. The menu options are incredible - tons of variety and everything looked and sounded great.
When placing the order, I specifically requested utensils as I was staying at a hotel and didn't have access to forks, knives, etc.
The order arrived and the food was really great. Flautas were delicious, fresh and crispy. The cheese nachos were a little soggy (that's on me for having them delivered); the flavor was spot on. Rice and beans - top notch. They even included a side of chips and salsa, which wasn't requested nor was it necessary but they were greatly appreciated and very much enjoyed.
The only issue: No utensils. So frustrating. Owners - please, please, please, be sure to include utensils when people specifically request them. It's the difference between an outstanding experience and a frustrating one.

Bad food bad service rudest people I have ever seen in a restaurant will not be back
Decent food, not worth the price at all. Its hard to justify a middling mexican restaurant when there is far better around

I've been a loyal Agua Linda customer for years. My husband and I would go nearly every date night. Tonight they started enforcing their parking lot. I was working for 45 mins at Sips next door before picking up my son from daycare across the street at 5:15. They towed my car while watching me sit there and work without coming to talk to me. I thought they were a great community restaurant and honestly if I thought they were wanting to enforce the lot, I would have moved my car. The lot wasn't full and I was leaving before the dinner rush. Based on prior enforcement, I thought they were flexible when the hours weren't busy. Not anymore. I just wish they spoke with me before they did that. I think they did the wrong thing and didn't act like they care about their community members. They assumed the same about me and that hurts too. They've lost my business probably for good and I won't encourage others to give them business either. The food is good, but not enough for me not to be given the benefit of the doubt and spoken to instead of preyed upon by parking attendants on the first night of enforcing a policy. I get the reasons for it but not the tactic. I won't be able to afford my car back until my next paycheck and that's more on me than my parking took from you this afternoon. Sorry to lose y'all as my regular place. I was rooting for you as a local business but not as much anymore.

One of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to! Service was amazing. Also the food was great! My waiter, Cassy, was one of the best servers I have ever had out of my 46 years of living. She was such a kind soul and knew how to properly talk and take orders. Very wonderful!

I hadn’t been to Agua Linda off Prince since my UGA student days so it was fun to go back to such a fab Mexican Restaurant that has only gotten better. When I went there in a past it was one of those classic ‘hole in the wall’ restaurants but it’s definitely gotten an upgrade with being so much larger and boasting a rooftop seating area. This will always be a go-to favorite in the Athens area : )

I’m from Texas and this isn’t really Tex-Mex it’s more of American Mex like so Americanized that it’s not good food in my opinion. Although I would have to try another dish but doesn’t seem like I would like any of it from what I saw.

Everything was good/great. They wait staff was very accommodating. My husband was in surgery at the nearby hospital, and my phone was low on charge. They plugged me in so I could get notifications.
I am putting a 4 star for food because my palette is salty, and I needed the salsa to be so. Other than that, all was well.
Very clean establishment. Staff is pleasing to see. Music is not blaring. Customer service is attentive and amazing.
Other than the salt in the salsa, it'd be a 10/10.
Dedicated parking in parking lot on side of building and metered parking in front.
Agua Linda, great job!!!!
