Everything was amazing but that tomatillo salsa was ? and my margarita was fabulous also.Only gave 4 stars on atmosphere because when it got busy all the noise was too much for my anxiety but definitely 5 stars when less

It's horrible every time I go there. The chips are made from a thick hard tasteless cardboard, no salt on these mind you, When you arrive they roll this hospital gurney of chips and clanky bowls up and down the tiled floor. It's so loud you think second coming of Christ is underway. if you can make it through that, then you have to eat your tasteless spiceless rancid meat flavored item covered in movie theater cheese while inhaling the pure 1300% concentrated fabuloso as they slick the floor and the sides of your shoes down. After that you can sleep well knowing that your night sweats and acid reflux will subside until the next time you forget how truly bad this place is and return to Agua Linda.

Athens has many Mexican restaurants, this one is ok, but not our favorite. After several years, we returned to try it again. I It's conveniently located near Athens. The service is ok and the facility is clean, but the food was only average -with little to excite us about the taste. From chili rellenos to enchiladas and fajitas, the fare was unremarkable. They sauces were ok. Bland Rice and beans come as a side. It has a large menu, so maybe we just chose the wrong foods to try. K We had wanted to try it again, because the building had been remodeled since our last visit. The food preparation had not changed much since our last visit years ago and just seemed to lack the spices we expected. There is street parking and there is a small shared parking lot. The interior was not too noisy. The decor was cheery. Prices are comparable to other Mexican restaurants in the area.

First time since the remodel.... very nice, food was very greasey and I'm still left with a tummy ach over 8 hr now...... fish taco salad........ no, no, no ..... the drinks are lovely, great workers!!!!

Having recently moved back to Athens I did not know this place. I will be back again and again. To my knowledge everything is made from scratch down to the myriad of salsa options. Downtown location, but they don't rely on only that. I had the Torta Tradicional. Next time I will get more exotic. Thank you!

Was not really a fan, people say it's great, but the salsa wasn't hot (even the hot one) and it just tasted Ok. Service was excellent and the atmosphere is great, just not really good tasting. Maybe I got the wrong thing.

Sat at the bar and never got a refill on my drink. Had to ask another server for my check because the bartender was too busy visiting with others.due never made eye contact again after dropping off my plate.
