How this place isn’t more busy all the time, I shall never know. Every sweet treat I’ve tried there, has been so deliciously sugary sweet, it's amazing. Employees have always been kind and patient to us.
Generously giving 3 stars. This place was great the first several times I had it. However, the last two times I've gone were not good experiences. Both times I sized up, and the concretes were mixed poorly such that half of them were just plain custard, no mix-ins. After the first time, I complained privately to the company because I'd spent close to $11 on something totally not worth it. They said they'd offer me a free one on my account - none ever showed up....
First time at Andy's and I was so excited to try the Peach & Key Lime.... And we were not disappointed. The custard is so fresh and delicious and with the pieces of fruit and cheesecake was the cherry on top.
But let me tell you about their brownie sundae, the brownie was hot, with hot fudge, vanilla custard and I requested crushed nuts....
Omg!!! It was DELISH!!!
I can't wait to go back and try more flavors.
