steak nuggets were like warm beef Jerky. I'm not saying thats good or bad, but its an accurate description. at $1 a piece you'd be better warming up jack links.

No one greeted me when I walked in, no one made any eye contact or said anything to me. There must have been five people behind the counter. Another employee comes back from sitting in the dining hall, complaining that nobody is manning the front. Three minutes later, someone that seems to be the manager comes up and snaps at the customer in front of me “What do you want?” I walked out immediately.

I pulled into the drive thru after placing a mobile order, took a while for someone to greet me which happens sometimes no big deal. The person working the drive thru was extremely rude, didn't even pull the window all the way open and was just holding the bag outside the window before I even pulled all the way up. Then I asked for the cheddar we thought we had ordered, we apparently didn't which again is fine but when I asked if we could order it he was very rude and I could barley hear him. We paid $2.79 and both the cups were barley at halfway full. I understand people having a rough day but there was just no reason to be so rude.

Well prices have gone up and portions have gone down. The food was fresh and the employees were polite I just wish since I pay more I could at least get the amount of food I got five years ago for less money.

The staff is always kind to me when I'm there, and the VERY few times I've ever had issues with an order their management is always quick and kind to fix it. I've also never had to wait too long in line whether inside or in the drive thru
Swore I'd never eat here again after I ordered a Jamoca shake and they just squirted the syrup in the bottom of the cup and didn't blend it in. But I like the fish sandwich and I ordered it and another Jamoca shake. They didn't just squirt the syrup in and not mix it in this time. This time they didn't put any syrup in at all. I'm done with this place.

The lady saw us at the window and refused to come over and take my car she left us sitting there for 10 minutes if not longer and they did not even acknowledge that we were sitting there.
Great service and food. Management was in control.

Today, I had the Gyro rather than my usual large Classic roast beef. It was very good. I was actually quite surprised with the flavor. My only negative comment is that I would like this to have another helping or two of sauce on the side as a part of the meal.
Parking: Enter from the traffic light and the rear drive. Much more convenient and safe.
