I've been to Arby's many times throughout my life. So while visiting Athens I stopped here for a late dinner and ordered a beef and ched and some curly fries. Service was super friendly and fast and the fries were fresh. But when I got to my hotel and had that sandwich...it was like having a beef and ched for the 1st time. It got to where you never knew if your food was going to be good, or hot, and the employees acted like they would rather be anywhere other than there. Sometimes you just have to have an Arby's Reuben sandwich okay maybe you don't but I did. the sandwich was fine but again a common theme has been the service it just seems to be lacking these days such is the way
