Ordered a jamocha shake. Simple right? The first one they made tasted like vanilla. The remake was BARELY jamocha. There was no chocolate and barely any coffee. Ordered two cheddar and beef sandwiches with extra cheese. That didn't happen. These people skimp out on the cheese.

How do you run out of roast beef, I ordered a half pound beef and cheddar and you tell me, you don't have enough roast beef? At 8 o'clock at night, wild. Then you replace it with a brisket sandwich that isn't even of equal value... and then you forget my red ranch and cups of CHEDDAR SAUCE that I Payed for... that's honestly ridiculous...

Normally this is an excellent place to stop for food, but our latest experience was poor. The poor guy working the counter was overwhelmed and the manager, instead of opening a second register was only focused at counting out the till. We should have been in and out in under ten minutes but it took almost half an hour. Very disappointing.
