My boyfriend and I wanted to try a bagel shop in Athens that reminded us of Nyc. We tried the bagelShop twice and both time they messed up our order. We returned the bagel and instead of remaking a new one they slap the missing item in the bagel and handed it to what’s funny is this congas really good ratings this cannot be a coincidence we will be taking our service else where.

If this was in NY I'd likely give it a 3.5 or 4 but in Athens with only one other competitor it is a strong 5. Without question much better than the other local bagel placebo both in regards to the quality of the bagels and the cream cheese. The hot and cold bagel sandwiches are also much better.

What would I recommend? Surprise yourself by ordering something different every day! Everything is delicious! I take a dozen bagels and a few smears into ATL for friends of mine who moved away from Athens.

First time here visiting friends in town and stopped by for to-go. Close to campus and the food was delicious and fast. Got the garlic bagel (recommend) with pimiento cheese spread. Price was definitely fair and got a lot of food for it. Next time gonna come back and try the lunch sandwich.

You have to order right at the entrance/doorway, and the cashiers seem to think that everyone has ABC's entire menu memorized, and are impatient when taking your order. You then aren't told what to do, thus people tend to meander around the front door until their order is called. Bagels still rock, so this will be the only reason we will return. Hopefully when we do, the operations will have had some adjustments.

A must go if you are in town and want a quick breakfast. Sometimes there is a line but it’s always worth it! The picture here is a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel with additional cream cheese and pimento cheese. To die for!!

Thick, delicious bagels; even my picky bagel-hating boyfriend enjoys their lox bagel. Online ordering is great when it's working but I also haven't experienced any issues when calling in an order. The snickerdoodle cream cheese is divine on a cinnraisin bagel.

Every thing Beagles and veggie cream cheese is amazing. Excellent customer service. I request my bagels well toasted. To find them later just warm not well toasted. Just not sure if there toaster works. Hamilton

We really liked bagels in this place. Lox platter for $13 was huge and definitely worth it. Vegan options are available, but limited. Place is busy on weekends. So order online ahead of time.
