The guy never smiled when prepping our food. Then the lady putting my toppings insisted on correcting me when I didn't say Pico de gio the way she thought and told me to say Pico instead "because it's easier". I am learning a new language and I don't think Spanish was her native tounge. No need to make me feel like I can't talk to order MY food. On top of that i didnt get my pico de gio. It'll be a while before I return.

Stingy with the meat then have the nerve to ask for a tip. NO TIP FROM ME! I bought my girls two kids burrito meals and this fool gave my kids less than a spoon full of meat. So upset I paid for more meat same thing . GET YALL ISH TOGETHER! This location is the absolute WORSE! DIRTY AND UNINVITING..EASTSIDE LOCATION YALL SUCK ...oh. I contacted Jesse and he /she or whoever was emailing me wanted to give me a webinar on portion control. Chile I'm not interested in that. They literally always forget to give us the things we pay extra for- this time it was guacamole and the drink. Didn’t realize about the guacamole until I got home. So frustrating their employees roll their eyes at you for asking for your mobile
