So after 3 years nothing has changed customer service still non existent for me at the Dunkin location maybe it's the way I look waited at the ice cream section for at least 10-12 minutes no one acknowledged my presence at all saw the looks in my direction but no one said a word and there were at least 6 people on duty 1 male worker that was cleaning the sink area and the rest were all female. There was only one other customer that had been waited on just before I walked in the young lady that waited on him saw me when I walked up to the ice cream section she left the front and walked to the back so I stood and waited looked at both sections of ice cream still no response walked over to the doughnut section that's when I ask the guy if there is someone working ice cream so he stopped his cleaning and waited on me and he apologized for the wait. Thank goodness someone finally helped me.Their customer service is a direct reflection on the store manager good or bad. Demographics plays a major part in most of the high volume restaurants and supermarkets in this area maybe with one or two exceptions and whatever the majority is that's what is hired with a sprinkle of exceptions. Everyone's money is green some just have more of it than others but good customer service should never be based on your ethnicity.

Please do not go here anyone! Had a large vanilla iced coffee and had to go to ER because of stomach complications and violently throwing up. Still waiting on results but I felt completely fine before getting it and it was the only thing i drank!!

It is Dunkin so my expectations are low, but they genuinely do not care. The food is always always cold and the coffee is gross. Just go to the one on Prince Avenue. They're actually kind and seem to like their job.

This location once served thick and delicious milkshakes. But the last two times that I've stopped here, the shakes have been very thin. My chocolate shake was chocolate milk. Furthermore we were first in line at the drive thru, yet still had to wait nearly 20 minutes. I won't come back.

They're nice enough here which is more than I can say about a lot of places, but I placed an online order for a bagel and I got there only for them to tell me the only bagel they had were the nasty multi grain ones. How are you out of bagels at a Dunkin? I left with a croissant which I'm not a huge fan of. Last time I went they were out of the brown sugar cinnamon for my cold brew that I ordered. They are apologetic about it which I appreciate and they will work with you, but no point if they never have anything you order.
The cashier was very friendly and let us try a the flavors before making a choice. She shared her favorite flavor as well when we asked her opinion. They had a variety of choices to chose from. Will definitely be returning!

This is the best experience I've ever had at this dunkin location. I was greeted at the window by a bright smile and enthusiasm. Kayla really made my day with her fast and friendly service!! We need more Kayla's in this world. Dattebayo Kayla!!

Came here on national donut day for a free donut with any beverage purchase. I liked how they have oatmeal for the coffee which made it very creamy. The doughnuts were fresh and a good selection. There are some new selections for breakfast sandwiches like tomato pesto grilled cheese, omelet bites and avocado toast.

honestly i dont really care abiut this location i just want it to close. they take too long to order and the service is good. they legit dissolve half of the time and the manager isnt even at the location!!!!! 0 star for shute. -love, tickle tipson

After placing my order for one milkshake, it took over 20 minutes to make the shake. I noticed cars that where behind me where getting their order while I continued to wait. They complained that they were short handed. Inside the store had no customers. Why were people that ordered after me getting food before me. How long does it take to get one shake
