The breakfast crew here is solid! Exceptional management, 100% hustle from the crew, all the way around a great experience regardless of the wait because they were short staffed. Manager was working her tail off running multiple stations alongside her crew. To post this, I redacted my negative review from the several poor experiences I've had here with the evening crew. Seeing the morning crew in action, I might have to point the finger here at Ownership, Mr. B... Clearly your profits come from morning and lunch rush, with the majority from the former. Your evening crew here sucks, Sir.

The AI ordering was plenty to enrage me, the asking us to pull forward and wait for a single chicken biscuit was more than enough to enrage my husband. AI, or the half dozen employees sitting around doing nothing when we came through, apparently also forgot that I'd specifically asked for a packet of strawberry jelly to go with it.

Nice smiling faces at the window! Trinity was great and read back my order happily, and handled everything quickly. There is a robot that takes your order but it was actually useful and the people at the window read back my order.
