The Bulgogi Beef sandwich is a safe bet, while the grilled pork baguette sandwich is a standout. The bread is really something special, though it can be chewy at times. The restaurant is kid-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and offers convenient takeout options.

The BBQ banh mi and spring rolls are both delicious and fresh, at reasonable prices. The staff is attentive and helpful. The pork bahn mi sandwich and the tofu are both tasty and a good size, while being unexpectedly inexpensive. The tea is equally good, and the boba has just the right bounce in their texture. The buns reheat well and would make a great substitute breakfast "biscuit."

The new owners are doing a fantastic job, offering better food at better prices. Highly recommended are the pork bun and the vegan Bahn mi and tofu salad hand rolls for vegetarian options, along with many boba tea choices.
