Great food, great price, great people! This is the perfect lunch spot- the pork bahn mi sandwich and the tofu are both tasty and a good size while being unexpectedly inexpensive. The tea was equally good, and the boba had just the right bounce in their texture. We got boa to go- the buns reheated well and would make a great substitute breakfast "biscuit," if you can restrain yourself from eating it right away!
New owners are doing a fantastic job. Better food at better prices. Highly recommend the pork bun.

Went in tonight cause I heard good things online. Staff was super friendly, and the honeydew milk tea and grilled bbq pork sandwich I got were both amazing. I honestly can't wait to come here again
