Ice cream is great. Got to the window to pay and there was a maybe a 10” X 4” plexiglass tip container sitting right in front of the window. Gave the guy my card and took a few dollars out of my wallet to put in the tip container. When I gave the guy my card he looked at me and said “would you like to put a tip on your card for our crew?” Needless to say I was floored at the question. I told him no and never put my money in the tip jar. This tipping crap is getting a little out of hand. Don’t think I’ll be going back to Brusters for a good while. A tip is like anything else, you have to earn it, you don’t deserve it just because! You want my money then act like it and don’t ask me for it!

The ice cream was definitely worth the price. The service was great, the scoops came out fast. I think the server I had was named Tyler, and he was very nice too. The place was also very sanitary, as I saw a worker making sure everything around the outdoor space was clean. His name was Noah and he also had a great personality. Amazing atmosphere altogether. Definitely will come here again!
Parking: About 15 to 20 spots at the place itself, yet there are hundreds located in the kohls nearby.
Kid-friendliness: Kids under a certain size get free ice cream. If only I was a kid! ??

This place is always fast, friendly, and delicious with a diverse selection of ice cream. Drive through, get a cone, and TIP GENEROUSLY!
I used their catering service for a large scale sorority event and they were amazing! Staff set up everything and they had wonderful service! 100% recommend for a larger scale event

They gave us the wrong flavor, not once, but twice, although we TIP every single time. Some may say we should check if we have the correct flavor before we leave, which we do most of the time, but it’s impossible to do so for every single order because we mostly do drive-throughs to get a couple of quarts packed inside a big paper bag (and since when has it become the customers’ responsibility to make sure the correct flavor is delivered?) This time around when they gave us the wrong flavor, they did not even give us the receipt or leave the receipt inside the paper bag. It’s not the end of the world to get the wrong flavor because after all they make good tasty ice cream, but imagine the disappointment in your child’s eyes when she has gone all the miles with you and waited for 1 hour only to find that the ice cream she got was not the flavor she would even try.

I came to the establishment about about 1245pm on a Sunday afternoon there was a young lady that was very kind working the window for online orders/ I proceeded to pick up but needed to use the rest area. When I walked up there where a moderate amount of visitors sitting and eating I viewed a youngman coming out of the restroom and asked the young lady at the window if she mined before giving me the ice cream if I could use the rest room/ The young lady stayed that would be okay/ a short europen girl with two-tone black&blonde hair in 2 pony tails made a scrunched up face and stated no ...no... no as to tell her I couldn't use the rest room. I stated O' is it not available for me to use and stated okay, not to mention I stay 10/12 minutes away in the downtown Athens area. Is this how they treat their customers? Was this a "color" thing? i'm not sure most definitely don't like the service I got fom the young lady.
