As a former bobarista, bubble cafe is one of my favorites. They have really good snacks and food and a kiosk option to order. The aesthetic and interior is always very pretty with good ambiance. However when I went there entire money/ordering system was down which was a bit inconvenient however the staff handled it very well and had accommodating service.

I had the caramel milk tea, it tasted plain and didn’t taste like caramel. The pearls were hard and didn’t have any taste, but the fact that you can put one free topping makes up for that. Staff and atmosphere were great.

This place is the most awful boba/bubble tea place I have been to. I want to give this place zero stars if I can. My fiance and I have been going to this place for over a year, overpaying for a place that has a smelly bathroom every time, and the quality of drinks has went way down in the last year. When we first came here, the Tiramisu MT had been my favorite. Afterwards, I had tried other drinks, and none of them match up to the Tiramisu. Unfortunately, the Tiramisu MT is made from powder, which is not what I want when I have my bubble tea. We went there again last night for a treat, only to be disappointed, again. Once again, the ladies bathroom smelled like urine. There were burnt candles on the bathroom stand to cover up the rancid smell. I checked to see if there is Lysol spray in the bathroom; there was, and a Scrubbing Bubbles toilet cleaner on the floor, under the bottom bathroom shelf. Apparently, their staff either does not like to clean bathrooms or does not know how to keep their bathrooms sanitary. Every time I spend money here, the bathroom in this place smells rancid, even when it's not busy. What really did it for us, is what I saw on the bathroom shelf--the "Pop" bubbles for the bubble tea and a boba tea making kit. They were not opened, but putting food items in the bathroom is a health hazard. Maybe the college students don't care, but my fiance and I do. We are so done with this place. Overpriced, low quality, and an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend anyone to come here.

Absolutely loved this place the first few times I’ve gone and gotten drinks but tonight, hard no.Tonight I decided to try the Spicy Chicken Edon Noodles with my drink and I have never had something so bad in my life.Bowl of thick noodles absolutely drenched in what tasted like sour Tobasco sauce. Really really not good. 0/10
I ordered bubble tea through Uber eats. The food is amazing. I got a poke bowl. I also got a coffee milk tea with yogurt popping pearls, so good I found my new favorite restaurant.
