I keep trying to tell myself that some places will improve as the prices increase. But, that just isn't happening at a lot of fast food locations. The food was not to temp. The fries were not even luke warm and the people never smile or even so much as green you at this location? Just not a great overall experience whatsoever...

It’s 6:20pm and they just poured out the sweet tea for the day. They are out of chicken fries, & mozzarella sticks. They ONLY have come to offer as a drink. And the coupon you have? Oh their coupon reader is down. So you pay full price for a meal you are only get half of what you want. Absolute trash restaurant.

I try to ask the person that was taking my order in the manager on the back was very rude. When I got to the window, they got my order wrong. She came out of nowhere to scream at me. Managers have to set the example and treat the clients in a nice way???

Absolutely the BEST Eggnornous Burrito EVER! Great product at a great price. Only issue was that the drive through was a bit slow. BUT my order was hot and ready at the window and delicious!

I ordered the big king meal and there was nothing BIG about it. The whopper's much bigger! If I didn't have a coupon, I would not have chosen it(8.59). I understand how things are right now but dang! I did enjoy my meal. This isn’t directed at any particular store this is in general.
Usually, my experience here is terrible. Rude people in drive thru that will scream at you if you ask them to repeat themselves, won’t speak to you and practically throw the food out the window and slam it in your face, etc. I’ve always just dealt with it because I had no other choice for a fast food vegetarian meal near me for lunch. However, I entered today to dine in and Paeshunce immediately acknowledged me with a smile, was very knowledgeable, very polite, and overall did a wonderful job helping me place my order. Thank you, Paeshunce!!

Lol. I have lived 3 minutes from this place for about 5 years now. Every time I (or my husband) come here, there’s an issue.They’re out of straws, they’re out of meat, they’re not taking orders at this time, we don’t have cheese, or even our computer is down. I have left this bk empty handed more times than actually receiving food lol. It’s actually a running joke in our household. We have thought about making TikTok’s about this BK bc it’s honestly comical.

This occasion was a pleasure to enjoy. The staff were all understanding what it means to be in the "Service Industry" as they are.They did the little extra to make the food look prettier than usual, and had a wonderful, "If ya need anything else, just holler" attitude. They had me wondering if I was actually in a fast food place.With the turn over rate at these restaurants, I fear it was due to some cosmic alignment, and was a one off. I would hope it's a culture at this BK and others like it, but we'll see.

Left me feeling like I was bothering her … guess what you are not the only place around will go somewhere who wants my business..
