the staff is super friendly but every time I come here, the burger is awful. last time it was burnt to a crisp (and i mean comically so, it looked and tasted like it’d be better suited as a hockey puck than food). don’t come here unless you just want fries and a drink.

Based on what I ordered from this Burger King on Hawthorne Ave this evening, I would have given the food a NEGATIVE star count, had that been an option! The drive thru service was actually pretty good this time, but my original chicken sandwich had KETCHUP, rather than the usual sauce they put on them! It was AWFUL, but at least my dog enjoyed it!

Asked me to pull up to wait on my onion rings and the onion rings were cold , What was the point . Didn’t feel like waiting because I had already waited, Smh . The people were nice though . But the food not hot at all. .
Just went through drive thru and I got attitude from the employee for keeping MY DEBIT CARD after she handed me my food first …so of course I’m asking for MY DEBIT CARD …there way to many ppl scamming at drive thru stealing card numbers

Don't even try going here. I've been here a few times, and if you try drive-through, your order WILL be wrong. If you go inside your order will take 45 minutes or more. I'm done. This is the most poorly run BK I've ever seen.
The last straw was yesterday. I waited in the drive-through 30 minutes for ONLY a 12 peice chicken fry. They handed me a box with 7 in it. And then I had to wait 5 more minutes for the 5 fries I was missing, and not so much as an apology. I'm done. Never ever again.

Hawthorne Ave., Athens GA. Took 4 attempts of getting order correct after having me pull up where other people had waited. She went back and forth in the 96 degree heat four times while I wilted in the car.

I ordered food from the Burger King app like I always do so I can be in and out for work. This time the ticket didn’t appear on the employees side so they refused to make my meal after having me wait for 25 minutes. I even showed the assistant manager my order placed with location and time for pick up on the app. They still refused and she told me to just get a refund from the app because it has nothing to do with them. Can’t expect too much from a Burger King with an 88 health score.
