The service is always fast and friendly. The inside and outside of this location are very clean, and the food is fresh. My only issue is with the croissant. I usually visit Burger King for breakfast, but the croissant bread here is often dry and hard. The egg, cheese, and sausage are always fresh, but the bread tastes stale. If they fixed this, it would easily be a five-star experience.

This location was really cute and the people working there were very friendly. You can tell they care a lot about their location because it was well clean and organized but it was also decorated for the season. The manager was heavily involved in customer interaction and those working with her moved smoothly. You could tell they liked their environment and it seemed like a happy place to visit.
The food was good for fast food. It was easy to tell that everything was cooked in a way that everything was freshly cooked by time it reached me.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience. I don't usually do fast food but I'd definitely go out of my way to go to this location. š

Almost the same as I read one of the other reviews I was on phone telling my husband what to order the trio chicken sandwich plain cook crispy,chicken fries & reg fries simple you would think. when he arrived home the sandwich was loaded with mayo,lettuce the other was OK but no one answer the phone tryed several times but still no reply this is why burger king business is slow & eventually lose customers no response poor service i just c want go there any more the one on 78 is very very much better a bit out of way but the service is on point oh their frozen drink machine is always down poor burger king or just poor burger no king on this throne.

Please do not waste your time eating here. I ordered a regular cheeseburger, and the mayo tasted spoiled. The managers and employees showed no customer service skills whatsoever ā no greetings, no āthank you,ā no āhave a great day.ā At the drive-through, the only thing I heard was, āBK, are you ready to order?ā Then, when I received my food, the bag was just handed to me and the window was shut without a word.
If you donāt like your job, then quit. This is exactly why Chick-fil-A is the only place Iāll go. In fact, Iāll be giving CFA a 5-star review right after this.

I ordered at 8:55pm. I got my food 9:15pm. When I was waiting for my order, 1 person was cleaning the tables 1 person taking orders. My husband had just enough time to eat his sandwiches before he went to work. We have had nothing but poor service the last 3 times we have gone there. It will be a long time before we go back.

Today my husband went to this BK for his lunch break. I was on the phone with him while he was ordering and grabbing his food, no wait in line so Iām not sure why this happened other than someone just not paying attentionā¦ā¦ but now I see why no one was in line during what should be lunch rushā¦. He ordered a Texas whopper combo via drive through then he went back to work to eat since he only has a limited time for breakā¦ He did NOT receive the correct order, nor was it even edible; found out that he received a whopper junior that was cold and hard, fries that were definitely not fresh but more like from the toss away bucket, and the drink was carbonated water instead of a doctor pepper; he works less than a mile down from the restaurant so still confusing why things were cold on a hot day, especially when his AC in his vehicle was never turned on (you can hear it through the phone when itās on). He attempted to call the restaurant since he had no time to go back and fix the issue, however no one answered the phone. Iām assuming they were busy, however he said he attempted to call multiple times during his break and even right before going back to work and no answer. He stated he will attempt to go up there after work but honestly doubt it would even be worth it at this point. Pictures are posted with the burger and receipt. He tossed it after two bites. It wasnāt worth it. What a waste :( BK is usually the best, not this one unfortunately, at least not today. Will try again another day possibly.

Iāve visited several times with my horse trailer. Iāve either gone in, ordered on-line (then had to phone them since my rig was parked in an unmarked section) every time they were very pleasant

Lazy management. They tell you the drive-thru register isn't working you have to come inside to order.
75% of your business is through the drive-thru. Can you not figure out you can walk 8 ft to the front register and still keep the drive-thru open?
