Ordered it plain with Cheese, got EVERYTHING and cheese, Drive thru, Slow Down and get the Order right, ....tried to call, kept hanging up and I couldn't ever speak with anyone, but not taking my call so here we are, Do BETTER or hire different people. Time and Date of Drive Thru 11:45am 3/5/2024 if that helps someone narrow down the employee.

I came for breakfast, and was pleased with my experience. The parking lot was clean, and there was no line at drive thru. There was very little wait time, plus my food was hott. Thanks for everything you all do.

Disrespectful people up there I called to talk about being charger for cheese that wasn't even put on there I got 3 whoppers suppose to have cheese and you charger 90 cents per slice when I can get a whole pack of cheese for 3 dollars but that's not even the worst part I called and started to talk to who ever answered the phone and they hung up on me and then so I go up there and they lied to me and said no one called up there when I had proof of the matter I will not recommend this place to anyone at all and the district Manger wasn't the very best either he is the one lieing and covering for the kids that's in that place maybe his job should be revoked for lies I want corporate to contact me because I can do his job alot better then he can by far I've worked in management and that's not how you treat people

Absolutely horrendous service And food. I went through drive thru which is fine and then waited ten minutes to get my food 10 feet ahead of the drive thru window where the kid bringing the food forgot to add the entire other half of the order. He apologized and said he'd get it. Ten minutes later, still no food. So I backed up into the area for the drive thru window and the guy working there waited another 2-3 minutes to open the window and then finally after another 5 minutes there I got my other food which included the mozzarella sticks which after biting into every one of them, turned out to be hollow with zero cheese on the inside. I know it's fast food but good night, terrible in every way.

I mean it's Burger King right. But I will say the line through the drive-thru was quick moving order was correct got on my way in a
Ordered two Whooper combos at the drive thru and asked that the burgers be all the way with no ketchup and heavy onion on both . I had to repeat myself twice . When I got to the window and paid I asked the young lady if she was able to change the order because the receipt did not reflect the correct toppings . "oh yes they are right"Well they were not one had mustard and lettuce and one only lettuce nothing else. The French fries containers were barley full and cold. And the meat on the burger was reheated and stale tasting.This is a brand new location that just had its Grand opening . With this type service and food quality I can't see them staying open long. I googled the phone number and have called numerous times at different times of the day and no one will answer the phone. For the 21.00 I spent for 9.00 more dollars I could have got a steak dinner at another Resturant . Buyers beware‼

Food was hot and delicious. Prior to getting my food (ordered a whole meal), my order was missing fries and they did not give me back my debit card. On a very hot day I came back for my fries and debit card. The manager on duty (male) was being very rude on my return to retrieve what was not given in the beginning. The rudeness of the manager triggered me to write this review and encourage my friends to not go here. Kudos to the good workers there under this rude manager. The manager’s customer service skills are beyond HORRIBLE.

Placed my order and specifically asked for large sweet tea with extra ice as I do everyday but I have yet to get it my drink never gets cold because what little ice they put in it melts before I get back to work I'm sick of asking for more ice and for my order to be correct and hot I just won't go

If you close at 12 close at 12… I drove 5 miles to pick up a door dash order that was put in before 12….poor, lazy management that doesn’t let a store finish out the shift…bad for business.

It's a Burger King. What else is there to say? No amount of employees, good service or attempts of the owner can offset the poor decisions of BK executives that pump out half baked ideas and cause the chain to serve poor food.
