I have eaten at many Burger Fi locations. Unfortunately, the first impressions of the burger at this location leaves a lot to be desired! Dry and flat with not taste whatsoever!

Very Fi place, the food was delicious, no excess oil just a good burger, I can tell they put effort in every burger they make, food also came very quickly it took about 5 minutes. Service was great I got free glasses and even free gift card.

First let me say that you have to come here to try the Peach & Cream Shake before it ends on 11/16. All the food here is so delicious 😋.
Next, the open concert of this place is a breath of fresh air. Air flows effortlessly through the room. The individual's who work here should be the standard for customer service (as long as you're a respectful customer, that is).
My husband and I will definitely be back.

I visited BurgerFi within the first few weeks of it being opened. I order the CEO wagyu burger, urban style fries, and an Oreo milkshake. My partner ordered the chicken tenders and onion rings. We also tried out the fi sauce, spicy fi sauce, honey mustard, and BBQ sauce.
Absolutely EVERYTHING was great! There is nothing like the CEO burger, it’s been my favorite for years and I’m so glad that I can finally have it right here in Athens. The fries with toppings were just amazing and my partner can’t stop talking about the onion rings. We loved almost all of the sauces except the bbq sauce (my partner keeps thinking they like bbq and they don’t). The tenders were pretty good but we’re not the main star of our meal. I’d add photos to my review if we hadn’t devoured our food so fast. I have been a fiend for burgers for years and I think that BurgerFi has become a new top contender for best burger in Athens!
The staff were extremely nice and checked in on us often. They were patient with us as we figured out what to get and they brought our food to us. We will absolutely be adding this to our regular rotation of places we eat at!

I went after church with my wife and kids. The food was awesome and the customer service was even better. Malik was very kind and went out of his way to make sure the customers enjoy their experience. I used to live in Florida and enjoyed the BurgerFi in South Tampa and Sarasota. I was happy to see one here now! Give them a try if you have not.
