I stopped by your establishment yesterday to see about placing a to-go order. Upon entering, I saw that there was a sign that read “wait to be seated”, so I did just that. There was a young lady (employee) at the cash register/computer to the right of me. She never said a word as I entered. I stood there waiting to be asked if I could be helped, nothing. Another employee came up to the register/computer and started talking to the girl who was already there. I thought ok someone will acknowledge me at least. Still nothing. The girls stood there and talked with each other for a few minutes and then the one took a check to a table. After I saw her do this, I said to myself, ok now she’ll have time for me. Nope! I stood in your establishment for 5 minutes and not one person came up to me, spoke to me or asked if they could help me. I turned around and left. You lost a customer that day. Disappointed to say the least.

3 dinner orders to go. The ribs were all bone, they were dry and 1 piece was missing. Hot fries and Mac and cheese in same carton w salad, making the side salad warm. Salad dressing missing. Mac and cheese bland, French fries bland. Texas toast only buttered on one side

THE place for ribs and BBQ!!!!! This is our Athens BBQ place, especially ribs. The building is nothing to look at both inside and outside, but they don't play when it comes to the food.

Picked up some Q an sides this a.m. The brisket is the best I have ever had!! We had this for some folks from up north!!! They ate everything but the containers the food was in!!😅🤣 They still wondering where brisket comes from🤔🤔🤔!!! They talked about it like it was a new animal species! Big shout out to Kimberly!!! THANKS !! FOR THE GR8 SERVICE!! GO DAWGZ!!!

Our server was the bar manager, and we loved his “aim to please” demeanor! Try as many different sides as you can and be prepared to share! The fried pork skins made fresh on site were unbelievable and immediately took our Puerto Rican friend back to his childhood! Thank you! We will DEFINITELY be back before we head out of town!

Food was phenomenal!! As a restaurant owner I am always thrilled when I find gems like this one! Food, atmosphere, service was all 10/10 hands down! We had the ribs and pulled pork, stew, Mac n chz and okra. Every bit of it was delicious!! But yall!! GET THOSE SKINS!!! We brought some home along with an extra serving of stew. We will definitely be back!
Great visit the food was great and service was good. Pork skins were awesome and basket with pork sandwich and fries were on point. Would recommend the boiled peanuts as well and will be back when in area

I’ve been here twice and the BBQ and food just isn’t very good. The first time I came I didn’t really like it but I decided to give it another shot and unfortunately I was disappointed. The meat (I’ve had the chicken and pork) both times they were really dry. The Mac and cheese was ok not great not bad lacked flavor, the Brunswick stew is the only thing I really enjoyed. The sauces are also good. I also had the banana pudding for dessert and honestly I could barely eat it, it was flavorless mush. I hate to leave a bad review but honestly I came here twice and it was still just as bad as the first time?
