I went today and for the first time in months here, my food was perfect. Hot and super fresh food and fast, friendly service during peak rush hours. I am a Manager and this is the type of service that customers expect every visit and it keeps customers returning. Probably the best experience that I've had at a Captain D's in a long time... It was a really clean when I walked in, and the bathrooms were just as clean.. All the staff was nice and laMorris rang my order in fast and accurate. I am a picky eater and felt comfortable ordering with him. The night manager, Marish, made sure everything was right and I had the nicest handoff with a smile. Once again, the best experience I'VE EVER HAD!!

Completely disappointed in my order. The staff was nice and diligent. They gave me plenty of sauce for my food, and my food was nice and hot. However, that's where the positive ends. The speaker was super quiet, and I almost didn't hear the lady talking to me to place my order. I ordered a fish and chips meal w/ a sweet tea to drink. My fish was puny in size, and the quantity of the fries I received was worse. I'll stick with the location I usually go to from now...
