Ordered 2 dinners in the drive thru. I don't eat here often. They told me some of the side items were out that I requested after they ask me what sides with ur sides. So chose other sides. When I got down the road ...I looked at my recipe and noticed they charge me extra for sides that were available from their choices because my sides were out. Then on top of the fish were small. The wait was long. Be a while before I go back.

This place on this visit 12/14/24 @ 7:30pm was horrible 2 dinner plates Flounder/Shrimp and SS Catfish with added fried Okra (10 in the box) in both dinner the fish was refried hard my sister and I couldn't even eat it had to throw it in the trash... Captain D'S yall got to do better, and stop being so DARN LAZY! THIS MONEY DONT GROW ON TREES FR!..

Food was good. Expected quality and temperature. Several customers before me had their orders filled incorrectly. I just sat and listened and watched as the people behind the counter behaved in a very unprofessional manner. Saying out loud that the guests made mistakes when ordering. The employees were very vocal about doing their jobs correctly. The guests were being patient with the prolonged wait times and being polite. The person cooking the food then yelled out "what's his order" referring to me. I politely corrected the person who stated my order incorrectly. You don't anger the people cooking your food. I checked everything before leaving, and it was correct. I rarely eat at Captain D's and often get food here for my mother, which is the reason I'm tolerant of their levels of service. If I had been ordering for myself, I probably would have gotten a refund in protest of the service in general. I just choose not to spend my dollars in chaotic service situations.

Went through drive thru today and was served raw fish covered in wet batter, so gross! Little girl with red braids had a terrible attitude from the moment I placed my order. Slamming the windows, no greeting and customer service is literally nonexistent. The ONLY thing she said was, “You want a refund?” and slammed the window once again. No apology whatsoever, definitely need better employees who are properly trained and enjoy their jobs.

staff members are usually teenagers with such ATTITUDES. Not only just that, it's low on staff as well. However, the most main problem are the staff members. They have attitudes and no patience at ALL.

We were overcharged on our order and it apparently confused them when we called to check the price on 4 2pc meals. It shouldn't have rang up as 28 before subtotal, as there were other items on the order too. The way they tried to explain it was that it was after tax .... Well it shouldn't have been $5 in tax for the 4 meals either!! Be sure to check your receipt and your order before you leave!!!!
Waited at the window for 5 minutes with no answer, when we drove by. They just looked at us. Apparently we weren’t important enough for them to stop there conversation.
