The people who work here are extremely nice and provide great customer service! The location is more convenient than you'd think since you can enter/exit from either street . I've probably gotten at least 15 drinks here (and a few food items) since they opened and there have been ZERO bad experiences. I 100% recommend

I've tried Caribou Coffee about 3x times now since moving to GA from Long Island, NY (where coffee is a big deal!!!) And this stuff is great! Everytime I go its delicious and the french toast sandwich is unmatched! The only downside is if you go during peak hours sat morning expect a line!!! To me its worth it if you have the time. Other than that, 10/10!

Great customer service! Jason helped me and he was kind and knowledgeable. And the coffee I got was DELICIOUS! I got a hot Pumpkin Latte with oat milk. I added a half pump of caramel and I had them add the Pumpkin Cold Foam. It was so smooth and creamy. And you could still taste the coffee. And it wasn’t too sweet. This year I have been disappointed when trying pumpkin coffees from other coffee shops and they didn’t taste like pumpkin. But this ONE did! This is the best pumpkin coffee I’ve ever had!

Caribou Coffee makes a great addition to Athens. Each time I’ve gone so far, the employees and, especially, the manager, have gone out of their way to make the experience great. The breakfast sandwiches and coffee have also been wonderful. Give Caribou coffee a try!

This past Friday was my very first time trying Caribou Coffee and let me just say, I’m hooked! I had always passed by but never stopped until the Starbucks line was way too long (30 minutes for coffee? No thanks). I decided to give Caribou a try, and wow, I’m so glad I did.
From the start, the drive-thru experience was amazing. The person at the speaker was super nice and welcoming, which already gave me a good feeling. I ordered an iced white mocha with pumpkin cold foam and caramel (10/10 recommend!). When I got to the window, the barista mentioned how good my drink sounded, and when I told him it was my first time there, he asked where I usually get coffee and what I like. He even told me about their perks rewards program, gave me a card to sign up, and said if I didn’t like the drink, he’d personally buy me another one next time. He encouraged me to try it before I left and Y’ALLLL… Starbucks who??? It was amazing.
I actually went back again this morning because the coffee was THAT good. Once again, customer service was top-notch—a sweet girl asked me about my weekend plans and made me feel like more than just another customer.
Caribou isn’t just serving incredible coffee it’s the friendly atmosphere and people that make it special. Dunkin’ and Starbucks could neverrrr.
