The people who work here are extremely nice and provide great customer service! The location is more convenient than you'd think since you can enter/exit from either street . I've probably gotten at least 15 drinks here (and a few food items) since they opened and there have been ZERO bad experiences. I 100% recommend

I've tried Caribou Coffee about 3x times now since moving to GA from Long Island, NY (where coffee is a big deal!!!) And this stuff is great! Everytime I go its delicious and the french toast sandwich is unmatched! The only downside is if you go during peak hours sat morning expect a line!!! To me its worth it if you have the time. Other than that, 10/10!

Great customer service! Jason helped me and he was kind and knowledgeable. And the coffee I got was DELICIOUS! I got a hot Pumpkin Latte with oat milk. I added a half pump of caramel and I had them add the Pumpkin Cold Foam. It was so smooth and creamy. And you could still taste the coffee. And it wasn’t too sweet. This year I have been disappointed when trying pumpkin coffees from other coffee shops and they didn’t taste like pumpkin. But this ONE did! This is the best pumpkin...
