I paid for a grain bowl with two dressings and a brownie for delivery through Uber Eats. Cava didn't send the brownie or the dressings with the order. i called the restaurant, but their phone number is answered by a robot, and pressing "4" to speak with a staff member sends you to a voice mailbox that's full and can't accept new messages. This is just unacceptable. The food is fine, but you can't simply fail to send everything the customer pays for and then make it impossible...read full review
It was our first time visiting, Was recommended by a friend. CAVA Was clean food, lookef fresh and Staff was friendly specially Dee Dee. This will be one of our spots after church on Sundays. It was awesome!!!
