Been having issues recently. Never had to worry if food was getting into the bag but four times now food has been missing from mine or my moms order in the last 2 weeks.
I am a lifetime Chick-fil-A lover, but I had an awful experience today. We stopped in around 4:45...the food was yummy, as always, and brought out to us quickly. But the dining area was overrun with 20-or-so kids (ages 12-15-ish) who weren't eating but instead they were playing chase between tables, jostling them (including ours as we tried to eat), play-fighting, swinging bookbags around, and cussing at a high volume.
