Superior service and efficiency, but about 50% of the time there is something small that is incorrect about my order. Nothing big, just things such as incorrect sauce or missing straws. Overall, the best chick fil a I’ve been to! I am back seven years later to edit my review and say that this Chick-fil-A still is exemplary

Went through drive thru to get breakfast this morning. Asked if I could just buy nuggets that early because my mastif doesn’t eat the bread. I was asked if I wanted to make it a meal. I said no but I would also like a chicken biscuit. She asked again, “ would you like to make that a meal?” I said no just the biscuit please. Wellllll I got home and for over $9 I got 12 small small chicken nuggets and a plain biscuit…. No chicken. Come on folks!!!! Put your listening ears on. I’m all the way across town and can’t go back so here I am eating a PLAIN biscuit UGH!!!

The reason why you go to the Chick-fil-A is only to get a good food great service and a nice atmosphere but in this visit, I did not get any of it up to the four or five star level. My order to Maggie was cheese biscuit with pepper jack cheese, hash, brown, and coffee, simple enough right? But when maggie got my order it was with the cheddar cheese so I had to go back and tell her that I said that I want my biscuit with paper so she said OK I’ll make you one , she grab my biscuit and went inside, so I wait for like 3-4 minutes then she came back with the paper jack biscuit, which was barely warm at the room temperature and the cheese was cold at a refrigerator temperature so I got up again. I went back over there and I said that this thing is like really cold. I expect at least a warm breakfast so she said OK, I should have put it in a warmer for more, but I’m gonna do it for you so I wait for about 8 to 10 more minutes and then I thought my hash brown got cold so I took hash brown to the counter and said can you change it this too please because it got cold soMaggie said yeah we can do that for you, like you know she’s obliging me. but anyway after 8 to10 minutes, she come back with the biscuit and hash. it was OK. I spent about 18-20minute to have my breakfast which is not good for fast food restaurant. Maggie did not apologies or said sorry, Just hand me my order and act like everything is fine with obvious fake smile and courteous. Maybe they need to give her more training.

Ordered delivery, and the right food wasn't in the delivery bag. The app made me use delivery through Door Dash. It was the wrong food, and their website said to contact the store to get a delivery issue fixed. Told me I have to go through Door Dash to fix it — they wouldn’t answer their 800-number so nothing ever came of it. Just wanted Chick fil a to fix the order they messed up. Hunter, the manager at Chick fil a, was useless and unhelpful. So sad.

Great operation ! But…. why did y’all remove the playground 😢? Seems like a Covid era decision that should be fixed. I’ll go to the ATL Highway location sometimes due to this alone. If anyone can fix this, it’s Shane Todd 🤞

Why can yall never give me my creamy salsa dressing when I order it. I always get home and then I have no sauce to eat my meal with so the food is just wasted or I have to drive all the way back. I love yall but seriously it’s an issue
