Walked in 15 minutes ago to pick up my order and was told to "go through the drive thru" instead of the employee taking two steps to the right...I then show up to the drive thru window and wait for 5 more minutes while all the employees walked by me without saying anything! Do better!! I will be taking my business to Atlanta Hwy and Epps Bridge for now on.

It was pretty good. Overall my kids have always loved it for sure. As for the employees and service both are always on point!!! However, the chicken is a bit too sweet (which many people like it that way) and some don't. It really all just depends on what an individual likes according to they're taste buds. It's definitely a 5 star fast food restaurant!!!!
Always excellent service and friendly smiles, very patient and able to offer great new choices if your tired if eating the same thing all the time.Vegetarian options: Plenty of salads offered without meat as well as side options.Dietary restrictions: You may have to ask but they were more than happy to help my husband chose something grilled rather than fried for his meal with healthy side choices other than fries.Parking: I've been to the one in lavonia, Ga and Athens, Ga. Both location were clean and the bathrooms were very well maintained. As also friendly service with great patience.Kid-friendliness: Offers great kids choices for meals and the interaction with my children is always heartwarming.Wheelchair accessibility: They're parking options available offer great access for walkers/ wheelchairs. Parking lot is even with very little bumps that may make it difficult to walk or jarring to rise over. The doors aren't to heavy to open which is great if your helping the other person gain access inside.
Use to be my all time favorite, but after what happened this morning I will no longer give Chick-fil-a any more of my money!! There’s no way I order the same thing almost every single time and this morning that same combination made me sick as a dog! Plz check your dates on your items and make sure the correct temp is accurate on the food you serve because there is no way that breakfast had me on the side of the rd on my way to school sick. And I don’t get sick at all!!

I let me start by saying I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A the corporation, and what they stand by in their company, morals and values. With that being said I visited this location for work, I drive private charter buses, so I brought around 50-60 passengers. I was disappointed and very surprised when I asked one of the friendly staff members if this location comes bus, driver meals and they actually told me no. Not only was her answer no, polite no it may have been, she told me she had never heard of such. Neither did the young man standing next to her. I am just very surprised and I understand that each location is owned by different people etc. etc. but I’ve never experienced this before at a Chick-fil-A and I’ve been driving buses for a long time. It seems logical to comp the bus driver since they are the ones who are bringing all this business to your restaurant. Anyway, I’m going to leave this location a 4 star rating because the staff is very nice and friendly
I wish all of the stores let me get a side salad at breakfast time, fairly unique for this location. Needs to be across the board. Not everyone wants tater tots.... Come on corpos, make it a normal thing for all
