This location is notoriously slow. Will have you waiting 15+ minutes for a pickup order because they prioritize drive-thru and dine in. It's happened one too many times.

Customer service in the drive thru is poor. No acknowledgment. No thank you. No interaction. I guess they don’t say my pleasure anymore but they could at least say something other than hanging me the bag and closing the door. Very rude. Whoever works the window this morning 12/28 at 700 needs to just cook the food.

So I always order ahead and today I did the same thing and it told me my food was ready! So I pulled up and parked in curbside and noticed no one was coming with my food! I went inside and the lady is saying that she refunded my order because I wasn’t there and I’ve never had that happen!! I always order ahead at least about 10-20 minutes so I can grab breakfast before work! I’m very disappointed!

This is probably my most favorite location during Christmas! I love the lights! I used to work next door, so I have visited many times. Food is always good. No skimping on the salads and ALWAYS friendly.

Parking: Lot is a little small and sometimes you have to circle around, but can always get a spot.

The restaurant has been completely empty and I have had to wait 20+ minutes for my curbside order when the app said my food was ready.

The director Erin and supervisor Max refused to give me a new order after my order was delivered without condiments that I asked for. Instead she asked me to drive just to get condiments but would not replace my order that is now cold. This should be a disgrace to Serve customers this way.

Lights are very cool, Person who took order named ‘Kaylee’ rushed our order and got it wrong unfortunately. Getting the order correct should be priority not rushing drive thru through the line.

My boyfriend and I went to pick up his mobile order. He noticed his sandwich was wrong, so I went back to get it remade for him. An hour later, after being given a remake that was still completely wrong, we finally have the right sandwich.
