We get food from this location about once a week and there is always something wrong with the order. Either the salad is the wrong type or a French fry is missing or no dressing was included, etc. It's frustrating that there is consistently an issue. I rarely have issues with other locations.

I made a mistake in the app placing a mobile order, and got my boyfriend’s order wrong, but Miss Mary was so kind and helpful, and he has a new sandwich within a few minutes.

The store itself was also so clean and calm, truly a refreshingly different experience from so many fast food restaurants these days.

So rude! The lady that took our order was so rude this is now the 2nd time we have came to this location and I felt rushed and got attitude from the person taking my order. Makes me not ever want to return!

Actually a little disappointing for a Chick-fil-A. Drive thru team was disinterested, on the phones / chatting with each other. Drink order was wrong which I discovered as I had just left the parking lot. No big deal, I just turned around and went through the drive thru. They just casually told me to go back through the line and tell them at the window. Would have been nice if someone would have just offered to step inside real quick and fix the drink.

Haven't been here in a while. It's notable because of the upcoming Christmas lights all over the building. That's nice for the visitors but I do think they could work on the service for the regulars.

not the first time i’ve had issues here & it’s not even a big deal, but it’s the SAME issue everytime and it’s a big deal to me, because this chicken as only as good as the amount of sauce you have for it. if i say TWO sauces MULTIPLE times EVERYTIME i go through the drive through, and i end up with the wrong sauce, 1 sauce or NONE. this doesn’t seem like it should be a problem.

When you go to a chick fil a, compared to other fast foods, you expect good to great customer service, in here I felt nothing but ignored, when we first came in with our family trying to enjoy some good time together, we completely got ignored, not even acknowledged by a couple workers when we were standing trying to place our order, also I stood up at the register for a solid 7 minutes trying to get a refill my drink, where a few workers saw me and completely dismissed me, and it was then when I asked a worker to help me, she was honestly very nice and respectful, but honestly I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated. I will not be returning here due to the fact that a mcdonalds drive thru has better customer service than what I experienced.

This location is notoriously slow. Will have you waiting 15+ minutes for a pickup order because they prioritize drive-thru and dine in. It's happened one too many times.
