Love chick fil a in general but the kids at this location were rude. They watched my family walking around the building and towards the door and instead of politely letting us know they were closing the lobby they literally locked the door as we were steps away from the door. We still ordered from the drive thru and we let the gentleman know that they could have handled the situation a bit different and he said the hours are on the door. We didnt even fully get to the door to even notice the hours before the skinny white brunette girl locked it and then ran back to the counter. He still apologized afterwards.

I think the girl waiting on me may have been having a bad day. She wasn't rude, but there was no, "My pleasure" or "Have a good day."
