Okay, here's my review of this amazing restaurant! 🐔 I recently visited and had an absolutely delightful experience at the counter. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service with a smile 😊. The food was undeniably delicious, especially the crispy chicken sandwich and waffle fries 🍟. Ever since the tall kid with black hair left and the girl with long hair (excuse me I do not know their names), took over the front this location has gone downhill, at least for breakfast. Even though I’ve been going there for the past year at least once a week religiously, the long hair girl also knew my order before I opened my mouth, I still got my order wrong and unfortunately more than one occasion. The biscuits are always either soggy or too burnt. This place was the perfect breakfast location because it is on my way to work but they have lost a customer. This is my personal experience.

Highly disappointed with the customer service from manager. They will not allow me to add/purchase extra toppings to a salad I placed thru the app. And they will not even consider this as courtesy due to the app only allowing you to add two toppings max.

Food is always nasty as hell …went there Friday and ordered a #1 meal the fries were soggy and dark brown and the sandwich was soggy as hell and nasty as hell too I complained to “chick Fil a cares “ and received an apology for food I had to throw away …WHERE THE FOOD REPLACEMENT?! I can’t EAT AN APOLOGY…TO THE COLLEGE STUDENTS NEW TO THE AREA DONT EAT HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED BY THE FOOD THEY SERVE

Always quick and correct service. Sometimes are slow if you order less common items (always strips for me), but make up for it in attitude and sometimes giving vouchers if it takes a while. A great, fast downtown staple.
