On 3 separate occasions, I've ordered using the mobile ordering system and received a biscuit sandwich with no chicken in it. I ordered a chicken biscuit for breakfast. My receipt shows chick fil a chicken biscuit sandwich. And yet, there's no chicken inside. I returned to the store and had it replaced. On another occasion, I have called and talked to the manager to get a refund (which he never issued despite saying he would add a credit to my account). And now, the third time this has happened means I will not be returning here. I'm a Signature Member. I've been to lots of Chick Fil A locations across the US and never experienced this level of repeated incompetence before. For some reason, this Downtown Athens Chick Fil A can't seem to get it figured out.

The downtown Athens chick-fil-A never disappoints. Service is speedy, and my order is always correct and delicious. Keep in mind that parking in downtown Athens is extremely limited, and there isn't any inside seating, so you'll need to grab an outside table. Overall, always a great experience!

I love coming to this Chick-fil-A because it is very convenient for me when I’m coming to work, today I came in with to redeem a reward to get a free sandwich and as I was talking to the cashier, she gave me an attitude. She did not look happy being there at all , you could see it in her face. I thought Chick-fil-A had good service apparently. Btw Her name is Alexandria
