We go to this Chilis at least a couple of times a month. Usually everything is great. Tonight my wife’s burger was very undercooked, we sent it back and it took a while for her to get one back. She ordered a drink and it was a good 3/4 inch from the top of the glass. It was a $12 drink and I would think that it would be a full drink. We feel that tonight that we did not get our moneys worth. We ordered dip, an entree, 2 beers and 2 drinks and our bill was $78. The food was great...

The Chili’s in Athens absolutely deserves five stars. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The host greeted me right away, and the waitstaff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the entire visit. They checked in often without being overbearing, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect.

The food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and cooked exactly right. The appetizers came...

Brynn is hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond for us the entire time. She was super friendly, attentive, and had a smile on her face even while dealing with some seriously disrespectful tables around her. You could tell she genuinely cared about giving great service no matter what. Chili’s is lucky to have her. She’s easily the definition of professionalism and positivity.
