Love chipotle it’s so good and yummy.

I haven’t wanted to go to a Chipotle because of all the trouble with food poisoning they have had as a chain in the past. My very first visit and I can tell you, they are not long for another case. I have worked in both the fast food service and as a restaurant manager so I truly understand how necessary it is to keep a place clean. This place was nasty. Food everywhere, on the counter, on every single table, over flowing trash. The wrapper on my food even had some sort of food smeared on the outside. There was an employee, probably on his break, sitting down on the phone. Yes, breaks are needed, but it looks to me like the entire staff had been on break for hours. My food was also sub par, granted, I may have been swayed by the state of the restaurant, but grissle was in every bite of steak. My husband and son have loved Chipotle, but had normally gotten the food to-go. My husband said after seeing the state of this restaurant, he will not be going back.

This is my go to for a quick dinner that’s a little healthier option than burgers and fries. The portions are always the exact same for the burrito bowls. The food is always fresh and always the right consistency. The portions are filling and I cannot finish it all in one sitting. I know that both dinner and the next day’s lunch will be covered with one bowl. I always use the pickup window, so I cannot attest to the atmosphere or the inside, but the staff at the window are always friendly and prompt with no wait. This will stay at the top of my list of options.

Not coming back. Not friendly and it’s Always nasty at this location and I’ve ordered the same order FOREVER and have never been charged for spicy sauce? No charge for a side of veggies (for my coworker)? Please do better!
And Kevin please quit if you don’t care work with the public!

I will not keep giving this place chances. Last Friday and Saturday myself and my 2 kids stopped by for dinner to go, both night they didn't have veggies, the services was horrible, the chips tasted burnt and old, customer service was horrible. My daughter and I have had lunch to go on different occasions during lunch, the customer service was great and the food was great, but I'm done with this place.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Might as well just dump a bunch of canned goods in a bowl and call it dinner because that’s what I experienced here. Food was flavorless, not fresh and the meat was definitely not kept at proper temperature. Also the employee that first served us in line didn’t say a single word to us and definitely had some attitude going on. I thought the Alps location had fallen off… this is definitely worse.

I ordered through the chipotle app and i never get my chipotle bowls from
here and never will I come
here again. My whole entire bowl is incorrect. Whoever was working tonight needs to
be fired tbh! it looks like they threw my bowl together without even reading and looking at what i ordered. wish i could
give a 0 star.

Food at Chipotle is usually really good. The issue with this location, for me, is that it's always so dirty inside. All the tables are never clean, there is always ice on the ground in front of the soda machine, and trash cans are full. Well, they emptied the trash cans while we were there, but they let it get to a point where I had already decided to just leave my trash on the table. I just really hope this is not a reflection of how things are in the kitchen.
