Good stuff to eat. Liked the beef brown rice black beans etc.
Stale chips do not buy them! The cheese looked like long strands of spaghetti, hardly any chicken at all, didn't taste good and no ice/ broken ice machine. Things have certainly changed. hopefully it's just this location and not the others. We will not be back!

I had been a frequent customer at the Oconee Connector Chipotle since it opened. However, recently, portion size has been downsized, the employees consistently act like they don’t want to be there and you are inconveniencing them and, the store is DIRTY. Bob R

I’m honestly so fed up with this Chipotle. The workers here are incredibly rude and act like it’s a burden just to serve you. I was the one paying for the food, and they were giving me half a scoop of everything. When I asked for double (and was completely willing to pay for it), they flat-out refused and gave me attitude instead.
This isn’t the first time this has happened either, it’s a recurring issue at this location. I don’t know what their problem is, but treating customers like they’re an inconvenience is unacceptable.
If I’m paying for my food, I expect to get what I ask for, especially when it’s within company policy. Do better.

Got a chicken bowl for my wife for lunch today and when she opened it she found bugs in her food. I’ve heard about chipotle doing a bad job at washing produce before and was not surprised to find it. I tried to call the store to let the shift leader know to give their product another wash before serving anymore but they have an automated line that doesn’t let you speak to anyone.
This on top of their high and often randomized pricing has really soured the brand in general and my wife is saying we will not be back.
I’ve worked in food service for over a decade, and would never try to sell this to a guest.

Horrible service! If they miss something on the order, even if you show the order to them and what they missed they make you wait forever and make you feel like it was your fault. Online order already took 30 min to get and then I get attitude from the manager. After dealing with all the frustration I could not even eat. Something so simple was escalated so much. Not going back. Don’t suggest anyone going here.
