Grandkids had a blast. Very clean inside and staff was friendly!!! Will definitely visit again soon!!!
Excellent place to take grandkids. Inside was very clean and staff was friendly!! Will definitely be going back again soon!!
Had a great time with the boy's. Pizza was great and we had a blast playing all the games. I gave it 4 stars due to the cost. It was a bit pricey
We recently went and was not a happy with the level of service and the establishment. Half the games were down and did not work, photo booths were all out of paper. We ordered food and drinks just to find out that the drink machine did not work, there was no carbonation for the soft drinks, the only drink available was lemonade and that ran out since that was the only drink anyone could get. I asked to speak to the manager, older man who could.not he bothered, ar first I was told he was in the bathroom after about 15 minutes I said I would come back and when he finally came out of the bathroom and I made him aware of the issues he just stared at me blankly not caring. The whole m place was running thanks for two employees out of the 4 seen, including the manager. I would definitely not be going back. Not worth the time or money for what is there anymore.
Great experience
The management was completely unorganized, and it showed from the moment we walked in. All of the drink machines were out, and almost every game in the place was down. I tried to get a beer and ended up waiting nearly two hours, only to receive a stale low quality beer . They even refused to serve wings with no clear explanation.
the place had a really unpleasant smell that made the whole visit even worse. Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I definitely won’t be coming back.
Came for my cousins birthday today 11/16 and the experience was absolutely horrible. Staff wanting to argue and also refusing to cook wings as well as shorting us 2 pizzas. Needless to say that was just some of what I personally saw but I showed up to management arguing about said things above and there were already previous problems. Short staff or not do better.. being foul is NOT how to handle things at all.. won’t be back
Before we walked in Chuck E. Was out playing but whenever we walked in he/she left and went to the back! That’s the only thing I didn’t like
First of all we have done early access private parties 3-4 times prior to this and never had what happened today happen.
This morning we had a private early access party and at 10:40 another party showed up and was being very rude to us because our cake box lid was on there bench. The guy proceeded to get rude and say he paid for a party at which I told him we spent more money so I didn’t have to deal with others being in there. We asked the manager Rob why they were allowed in over 20min early and he said he couldn’t stop them from coming in because front doors are open. I then explained how we paid extra to have a private party due to being able to just let our kids roam around and not have to worry about strangers. He said they couldn’t do anything and literally handed me my bill and said I’ll be up front.
It was very poorly handled and it wasn’t even supposed to be open to other guest til 11. The party host however Aisha was amazing she was the only one helping us and stayed on top of everything for us.
Loved the entire crew ❤️❤️

👎👎 no good! The place is very dirty and most of the gaming machines are out of service.
We celebrated a birthday party at the Chuck E. Cheese in Athens and our party host was absolutely amazing — super attentive, helpful, and made sure the kids had a great time. The party itself went really smoothly thanks to her.
However, I do want to mention that some of the other staff members were very rude. On our way out, a young lady at the front was disrespectful, which really left a bad impression after such a good experience with our host.
Overall, the party was great and the host did an excellent job — but I hope management addresses the attitude of some of the other employees because it does affect the experience.
I just came to the Athens Store. Rob was a jerk. He does not need to be in a children’s environment. I had a coupon and he argued that it was a Monday through Thursday only. The young girl that finally used the coupon was very nice. Rob should not be managing anything
It's always a good at Chuck E. Cheese! Having a place to take our grandkids to eat and play is a plus! The monthly gold membership saves us a lot of money and ensures we have something away from the house we can do with the grands.
Had a great experience they have 3 jumping pads!(on picture) Which you have to purchase separately to get a pair of socks. Admission (for jumping pads) is $12 each. They also have an interactive pad. It’s great for kids. Loved it.
