Einstein Bros. Bagels

So unprofessional! Took 15 minutes for coffee, that I believe tastes bad. Furthermore, the waitress was dressed in a grey hoodie and didn't give me my cup. Then she got chewed out by her manager; terrible workplace culture!

Came to study, ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Very nicely told the lady at the register (she was nice) that I had an allergy and to see if the other lady making the bagels would switch gloves before making my order as it can be very severe. She passed on the message, and the other lady 1) gave me a weird look for the request, 2) made it clear with her words and body language that my request was putting her out, and 3) told me she would but then never changed gloves between orders. Mind you, I was the last person in a 2 person line, and there was no one else ordering. Food was good though, but the interaction was simply nasty.

I just got a coffee as a pick-me-up. The girl making it accidentally spilled some on the counter while putting the top on. No big deal. However, the coffee cup was covered in coffee. She picked it up to look at it, saw the coffee all over it, and then handed it to me anyway, so I had to clean it up. Wiping it down would've been basic customer service.

Refused to allow me to purchase two medium coffees because they didn’t want to have to reload their stack of cups (which was full).

coffee slayed but please don't leave my bagel a creamy inedible mess because I wanted extra cream cheese. I just wanted more than the thin layer. literally couldn't eat it.

The staff is nice and the service fast! unless you are going in between classes in which obviously it gets slower. The food has never disappointed, my favorites are Garden Avocado and Chicken Pepperoni on an everything bagel. The coffee is good but the chai syrup tastes like soap

please fix your hours on here. you don’t close at 11pm

Employee was very rude. My coffee tasted disgusting! When I asked can they remake it or exchange for a different coffee they refused.

I ordered a black coffee on grubhub. They gave me a latte. I really don't like milk in my coffee. I didn't realize until I had already left and gone to my next class. It wasn't busy, and there was only one grubhub order other than mine, which is what it must've gotten mixed up with. It was literally a black coffee and there was no rush. I don't understand how you could mislabel it. I feel sorry for the poor guy who ordered a caramel latte and got a black coffee instead.

I think the service is fast and everyone has always been nice to me. It has a large menu for a small cafe. Their coffee has an excellent flavor, especially the iced coffee.
